hors d'oeuvres station:

Bruschetta Bar - multi-leveled display of assorted crostini, crackers, bread sticks, etc (with gluten free option). paired with varieties of toppings such as tomato basil salsa, house-made ranch dip, white bean hummus, and an artfully arranged platter of raw and roasted vegetables

Dinner:

Field greens (local, organic when in season), served with choice of house-made salad dressing(s)

Grilled or blanched farmers market vegetables (seasonally)

Caramelized roasted red or perfectly creamy mashed potatoes

Grilled tender chicken breast marinated overnight in garlic and olive oil, finished with fresh garden herbs and lemon

Slow braised boneless short rib with demi glace

Artisan rolls & butter

passed hors d'oeuvres:

choose one from the following:

  • Tomato bruschetta with fresh mozzarella, basil & balsamic reduction

  • Watermelon squares filled with feta cheese, fresh basil & balsamic reduction,

  • b.l.t. crostini, 

  • asian meatballs w/green onion & sesame seed w/mini fork.

  • individual shrimp cocktails, 

  • salmon mousse on black pepper shortbread,

  • mini cheese platters with pickled fig.

Dinner:

Organic greens with goat cheese, spiced pecans and fruit or edible flowers in season, finished with white balsamic or champagne vinaigrette.

Wild pacific salmon, baked and served with rhubarb chutney and basil horseradish sauces
