Cama Beach Cafe, located at 1880 SW Camano Dr., on Camano Island, WA, is looking for dish machine operators to join its strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is ambitious and hard-working.
 

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, utensils, kitchen equipment, or pans using the dishwasher, and occasionally wash by hand.

• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to the proper storage areas

 

Qualifications

• No prior experience required. Typically an entry-level position, but previous experience is welcome!

• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry bus tubs, dish racks, and trash cans/bags weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent and regular basis. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Must be able to converse with guests in a warm, friendly, gracious manner. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. Must enjoy guest service, have excellent organization skills, and a sense of timing.

 

Hours

• 16-32 hours per week (2 to 5 days per week)

• Days needed: Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, & Sun (requires a minimum of one Sat or Sun availability per week)
